CEU Validation: QMS will track
and report CEU credits earned by each eligible registrant.
A registrant's eligibility for CEU credits will be determined by show management.
Each event for which CEU credit is awarded will be assigned , by show management, a unique
four character "CEU Code" consisting of any combination of the letters
A through Z and/or the digits 1 through 9. This code will be divulged to the
participants at an appropriate time during the event as determined by show
management. A registrant in possession of the correct code is presumed to have
attended the event and the appropriate CEU credit for the event will be awarded.
A CEU worksheet form should be provided to each eligible registrant for their
use in recording the event dates, titles and codes for the various events they
have attended and earned CEU credits.
CEU Reporting: Self-service, semi-automated CEU reporting stations
are provided by QMS as an adjunct to the on-site registration system.
Each CEU reporting station consists of a bar code scanner, a data entry terminal
with keyboard, and a printer.
To obtain their personal CEU Credit Certificate, a registrant would scan the
bar code printed on their badge to obtain their record, enter the appropriate
CEU validation codes from their CEU worksheet form and, optionally, print their
CEU Credit Certificate. Inasmuch as the CEU Credit Certificates are cumulative,
only one visit to the reporting station is required (after all course work is
completed) although the validation codes may be entered by the registrant
periodically as they are obtained.
Alternatively, a registrant may turn in their CEU worksheet form at on site
registration and QMS personnel will enter the CEU codes, as indicated on the
form, and mail the CEU Credit Certificate to the registrant.
