InfoCard Plus® is a information collection system for trade show exhibitors which turns attendee badges into qualified sales leads...quickly, easily, automatically.

The InfoCard Plus® system is designed to give you a fast, reliable and easy method of recording, qualifying and acting on the sales leads you generate at a trade show. The system, which resides in your booth, gives you an immediate printed description and database record of each attendee who's card is read. Each record can be annotated with the custom qualifiers that you define to assist you in lead qualification and post show follow up.

Easy to Use: Each attendee will have a card with a PDF-417 barcode that contains all of the contact and demographic information required on the registration form. After "scanning" the card with the wand, a report is generated and the information is saved in a data file on the 3½ diskette provided. Any comments you choose to qualify the lead also appear on the report and in the data file.

Compact: The InfoCard Plus® system occupies a minimal amount of booth space- the entire system takes up less than a square foot of space.

Flexible: You provide custom lead qualifiers that are utilized to annotate each lead for efficient qualification and post show follow up. Identifiers may also be utilized to group your leads for specific sales representatives.

Fast: Each lead is printed and saved to the disk within seconds after reading the attendee's card.

Stored Information: Each time a card is read, the attendee information is saved in a comma delimited, ASCII data file on a 3½ diskette provided. The leads can then be transferred to your laptop and emailed back to your corporate office which will allow your marketing department to have an on-time update of leads.
