Cancellation Policy

Attendees may cancel their Conference registration anytime up until October 9 by contacting registration@iaug.org. Those who decide to cancel can transfer their registration fee to 2027 or request a full refund for Conference Registration. After October 9, 2026 any requested refunds will be reviewed and credited on a case-by-case basis. Attendees are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations you have made for your stay if you cannot attend and will be responsible for hotel cancellation fees.
