IMPORTANT: Please note that non-payment of membership dues, does not prevent you from registering; however, your booth will not be confirmed until all dues are PAID IN FULL.

Cancellation Policy

BOOTH CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received prior to January 30, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after January 30, 2026, are not eligible for refund. All cancellations must be received in writing to nhodge@travelplannersintl.com prior to 1/30/2026.

NOTE: After 1/30/2026 - NO booth cancellation fee refunds will be processed.
