Cancellation/Refund Deadline: October 1, 2026.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations received before October 1st will be issued a full refund less $50 processing fee. Request to cancel must be submitted in writing. Any course is subject to cancellation by the EastWest Eye Conference. No refunds will be made after October 1st.
