REGISTRATION DETAILS
LOGIN INFORMATION
• Each attendee must create a new username and password for the 2026 meeting. Login credentials from previous years will not carry over.
• Each registrant must use a unique email address for registration and CE credit verification.
CE COURSES
• Courses are offered in 3-hour CE increments. Please be sure to register for both a morning and an afternoon session for each day you plan to attend.
PREPAID LUNCH
• Optional prepaid lunch is available for purchase during registration. The deadline to pre-order lunch is September 10.
• Your lunch ticket will be printed on your badge. Lunch can be redeemed at the Poppy Fields Lobby (6th Floor).
• Be sure to select a lunch for each day of the conference when registering.
BADGE PICK-UP
• Registrants can pick up their badges at the Registration Booth onsite.
