Cancellation Policy

In order for us to facilitate arrangements for registration, courses and special events, please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible. Refund checks for cancellations made before MMM DD, YYYY will be mailed within five weeks after the meeting. All refund requests made after the conclusion of the meeting must be submitted in writing no later than MMM DD, YYYY to be considered. Refunds will be issued in the form that payment was made.
