Badge entry deadline: Registration will remain open and available through November 14, 2026 to accommodate new badges and name changes.

Exhibitor Information

Thank you for exhibiting at the AAPM&R Annual Assembly. Please know each 10'x10' booth is entitled to 2 complimentary badges and the allotment for island booths are outlined below. Additional badges (2 per 10'x10' and 10 per island) may be purchased at $400 each (nonrefundable), not to exceed your original allotment. Registrations desired beyond this amount must register as a full conference attendee. Registration may be found here.
All representatives of the company must wear the official badge at all times during the meeting. Badges are required for entry into the Exhibit Hall. Also, know that an exhibitor badge allows entry into non-ticketed sessions at the Annual Assembly; this is a great value for exhibitors.
Badges are not transferable and will be confiscated if worn by others than the person to whom it is issued. The clear view of the official AAPM&R badge shall not be obstructed.
