Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Deadline: September 4, 2025

Cancellation requests must be emailed to gslds@prereg.net and received on or before September 4, 2025. All approved refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be considered for cancellations requested after September 4, 2025. All approved refunds will be returned in the original form of payment.

If registration material and badges have been received, you must return all materials before an approved refund will be processed.
