Cancellation Policy

All cancellations requesting a refund must be received in writing on or before March 7, 2025, and will be assessed a 25% administrative charge with no exceptions. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, weather related issues or acts of God.
