Per the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, Federal Student Aid (FSA) is collecting certain information from you regarding your registration for the annual FSA Training Conference. The information collected includes full name, email address, work city, state, or country, agency or company name, position, institution name, and whether the registrant is an Education employee, contractor, or member of the press. This information collection is authorized by the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. FSA collects this information to register attendance for the annual conference. This information collection is voluntary; however, failure to provide it will prevent your conference participation.

You are accessing a U.S. Federal Government computer system intended to be solely accessed by individual users expressly authorized to access the system by the U.S. Department of Education. Usage may be monitored, recorded, and/or subject to audit. For security purposes and in order to ensure that the system remains available to all expressly authorized users, the U.S. Department of Education monitors the system to identify unauthorized users.

• If system monitoring reveals information indicating possible criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to law enforcement personnel.
