Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to Gulf Coast Dental Conference, 6840 Meadowridge Court, Alpharetta, GA 30005 or emailed to gcdc@prereg.net. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received by April 30, 2024. An administrative charge of $100 will be applied if the written cancellation is received on or after May 1. No refund will be issued after April 30, 2024 without the written approval of the Gulf Coast Dental Conference.
