Please Create a username and password below for the Music City Dental Conference. Your login will allow you to return to the website to edit your registration information at any time.

Your username and password must be at least 8 alpha numeric characters (no spaces).

Music City Dental Conference ONLINE CE VERIFICATION SYSTEM

To login, please enter your Badge Number and Last Name in the space below.

• Your number can be found at the bottom portion of your conference badge or in your registration confirmation.

• Once logged into the CE Verification System, please enter the course completion code that was given at the conclusion of each course.

• You will then be asked to complete course evaluations before printing or emailing a CE Certificate as proof of attendance.

• If you no longer have your badge number please click on Retrieve Badge Number and enter your information.

If you wish to make changes to your existing Music City Dental Conference meeting registration, please log in below following the instructions that apply to you.

• Log in using your Account/Badge Number and Last Name.

• The account/badge number can be located in your confirmation/reminder to complete registration email, and is 5 to 6 numbers in length. If you need assistance in accessing these credentials, please call phone: 678-341-3000.
