Cancellation Policy
All refund, transfer, and cancellation requests must be submitted to the ODA via email to odc@oregondental.org or written letter received by March 24, 2022. A $25 handling fee will be charged for all tuition refunds. Registration transfers will be accepted for the same year without penalty. Workshop and additional course fees are non-refundable. Refund requests will not be granted for any reason after 11:59 pm on March 24, 2022. If you are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not attend the in-person portion of the ODC. Email odc@oregondental.org for assistance with transferring your registration to virtual-only participation.
