Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Deadline: September 16, 2022.

Cancellation Policy:
All Cancellations received before September 16, 2022 will be issued a full refund less $30 processing fee. A 25% processing fee will be deducted from cancellations thereafter. Cancellations of registrations must be in writing to eweye@prereg.net. Any course is subject to cancellation by the EastWest Eye Conference. No Refund for course cancellation after September 16, 2022.
