Create Login Information

Please use a unique email to create a registration account for PNDC 2021. This will be used to start your registration, however you will use your last name and badge number to log back in.

PNDC 2021 ONLINE CE VERIFICATION SYSTEM

To login, please enter your Badge Number and Last Name in the space below.

• Your number can be found at the bottom portion of your conference badge or in your registration confirmation.

• Once logged into the CE Verification System, please enter the course completion code that was given at the conclusion of each course.

• You will then be asked to complete course evaluations before printing or emailing a CE Certificate as proof of attendance.

• If you no longer have your badge number please click on Retrieve Badge Number and enter your information.

If you wish to make changes to your existing PNDC 2021 meeting registration, please log in below following the instructions that apply to you.

• Log in using your Account/Badge Number and Last Name.

• The account/badge number can be located in your confirmation/reminder to complete registration email, and is 5 to 6 numbers in length. If you need assistance in accessing these credentials, please call phone: (206) 923-8601.

• If you would like to login with the Email Address associated with the primary registrant on your account, please click the "PRIMARY EMAIL" button below.
