Create Login Information
Please Create a username and password below for the 2021 Virtual Oregon Dental Conference. Your login will allow you to return to the website to edit your registration information at any time until the start of the meeting (April 8, 2021).
Your username and password must be at least 8 alpha numeric characters (no spaces).
A unique email address is required for each attendee who registers for the 2021 Virtual Oregon Dental Conference. This email address will be used to start your registration; however, you will use your last name and badge number to log back in.
All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
2021 Oregon Dental Conference ONLINE CE VERIFICATION SYSTEM
To login, please enter your Badge Number and Last Name in the space below.
• Your number can be found at the bottom portion of your conference badge or in your registration confirmation.
• Once logged into the CE Verification System, please enter the course completion code that was given at the conclusion of each course.
• You will then be asked to complete course evaluations before printing or emailing a CE Certificate as proof of attendance.
• If you no longer have your badge number please click on Retrieve Badge Number and enter your information.

If you wish to make changes to your existing 2021 Oregon Dental Conference meeting registration, please log in below following the instructions that apply to you.
• Log in using your Account/Badge Number and Last Name.
• The account/badge number can be located in your confirmation/reminder to complete registration email, and is 5 to 6 numbers in length. If you need assistance in accessing these credentials, please call phone: 678-341-3000.

• ODA Members may log in using your ADA number.
