Cancellation Policy


All cancellations requesting a refund must be received in writing on or before to June 11, 2021 and will be assessed a 25% administrative charge with no exceptions. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, weather related issues or acts of God. If you cancel your registration after the pre-registration deadline on June 11, 2021, your name badge and tickets must be included with your refund request in order for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be processed and mailed six weeks after the meeting. Please send written requests to: Star of the South Dental Meeting, One Greenway Plaza, Suite 110, Houston, Texas 77046.

Exhibitor Information for:

Exhibitor Badges & Registration: A maximum of 6 complimentary exhibitor badges will be available per 10x10 space. Any additional badges will be provided at a rate of $45 per badge.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, Exhibitors are asked to pre-registration by June 14, 2021 for personnel badges so that the badges can be mailed in time for personnel to receive them prior to the meeting, preventing lines and a gathering of large groups in the registration area. If not pre-registered in time for mailing, personnel will need to pick up at the Exhibitor Registration counter. Representatives without badges will not be permitted in the exhibit hall.

Badges will be mailed to the contact address on the exhibitor contract, unless otherwise noted
