All cancellations requesting a refund must be received in writing on or before to June 11, 2021 and will be assessed a 25% administrative charge with no exceptions. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, weather related issues or acts of God. If you cancel your registration after the pre-registration deadline on June 11, 2021, your name badge and tickets must be included with your refund request in order for your refund to be processed.
