Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All eligible requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing on or before 9/1/2021. Send a written request for cancellation / refund accompanied by badge number and summary of registration to the El Paso Dental Conference. An administrative charge of 20% will be assessed. Refunds are processed 4 weeks following completion of the dental conference. Please send all refund requests to Yolanda Alva-Corella at yoli.epdc@hotmail.com

*No refunds will be issued to EPDDS members pursuant to the El Paso District Dental Society bylaws. According to the bylaws, all EPDDS members are required to register for the annual El Paso Dental Conference each year of the member's active membership.
