Welcome to the Exhibitor Registration site for the ASIPP 22nd Annual Meeting being held in Dallas, TX on September 4 - 6, 2020.

To log into the exhibitor personnel registration system, please use the password provided in the email you received recently from asipp@prereg.net. Please enter the names of your booth personnel by March 22, 2020. You can collect your badges on-site at exhibitor registration.

Cancellation Policy

The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians requires a 30-day notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by March 1, 2020; however an administrative fee of $250 will be assessed. Cancellations after March 1, 2020, will forfeit 50% of their registration fee. No cancellations made after March 31, 2020, will be refunded.

Refunds will be sent after the conclusion of the meeting. Organizers reserve the right to cancel this meeting and will assume no financial obligation to the registrants for cancellation. Although registration fees will be refunded, costs incurred by the registrant (i.e., airline fees, hotel fees, or penalties) are the responsibility of registrant.

Exhibitor Information

Each exhibiting company will receive 4 complimentary unless stated otherwise in the exhibitor contract.
