Welcome to online booth personnel badge registration for the Mid-Continent Dental Congress to be held at the St. Charles Convention Center, St. Charles, MO on November 14 & 15, 2019. We are pleased to once again offer a streamlined exhibitor badge process. Pre-registering your booth personnel will aid in a stress free experience for your staff when they arrive on-site.
To log into the exhibitor personnel registration system, please use the password provided in the email you received recently. Please enter the names of your booth personnel by November 13, 2019. You can collect your badges on-site at an exhibitor-only registration area at the St. Charles Convention Center.

Cancellation/Refund Deadline: October 24, 2019
Cancellation requests must be emailed to gslds@prereg.net and received by October 24, 2019. All approved refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after October 24, 2019. All approved refunds will be returned in the original form of payment.

On-site Event Transfers Policy
Once an event has begun, no transfers will be allowed. Refunds will not be available for any on-site changes.
