Cancellation Requests and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing/email in the AACE office by March 26, 2019 in order to receive a refund (minus a $100 processing fee). Cancellations received after March 26 will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for no-shows except in the case of extremely extenuating circumstances. There will be a $100 fee to transfer registration from a registered attendee to a non-registered attendee. There may also be additional costs should the category of registration change (i.e. member to non-member). Replacements can be made at any time through onsite.
The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists reserves the right to cancel this program, in whole or in part, based on enrollment or conditions beyond our control and is not responsible for any personal costs incurred, such as airline or hotel penalties.
