Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Deadline: September 1, 2016

For a cancellation refund, written requests must be received by the ODA no later than September 1, 2016. A $20 service fee will apply for each cancellation. The Ohio Dental Association reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified.
