Cancellation Policy:
Summer Bash Presented by EastWest Cancellation Policy: If the Summer Bash by EastWest conference is cancelled by the EastWest Committee for any reason, attendees will be refunded the full amount of their registration. If attendees decide to cancel their registrations for any reason, the following will apply; Cancellation 20+ days before the start of the conference (May 14, 2021) will receive their full registration minus a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations 10-19 days out will receive their full registration minus a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellation under 10 days out from the conference will have no refund, exceptions being considered on a case-by-case basis.
