Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to ALDA Annual Session, 6840 Meadowridge Court, Alpharetta, GA 30005. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received by May 17, 2013. An administrative charge of $25 will be applied if the written cancellation is received after May 17. No refund will be issued after May 31, 2013.
